Jorge Almeida

Art Instructor 

Jorge Almeida has studied at Watts Atelier since 2006 and is currently working towards becoming a full-time illustrator and teacher. He has worked as a visual effects designer for over 9 years. His film credits include Minority Report, Mr. and Mrs. Smith, and Star Trek." He also served as lead photoshop artist on Snickers "Instant Def" webisodes, and has produced concept art and illustrations for clients such as the Ozzfest concert tour, CW Television Network, WowWee Toys, and Chopstix restaurants. He also wrote and illustrated his own comic book Captain Cosmo and Phil, the bionic dwarf.
