A Message from Watts Support, regarding lesson grades and feedback

To our students,

We’ve recently been working with a third party to iron out and fix a few system errors in our grading program. While the fix seems to have solved the initial problems, it seems the update was incompatible with other parts of our system. We’ve been receiving reports that students are no longer receiving email notifications that their assignments have been graded, and that their feedback is no longer being displayed on the lesson itself.

We appologize for any confusion and frustration that this issue may be causing you, our students. Your continued learning and skill advancement is of the highest importance to us; You are the reason we opted to create this online program, and to roll out the accompanying complimentary grading system.

We are working around the clock to resolve the problem. While there may be the occasional delay in getting back to your responses, we strive to get back to all students within a day of thier inquiry (most often directly, via email).

We would like to ask for your help in this situation. If you’ve encountered an issue with our grading system, please either respond to this thread or email our support team at [email protected] with the exact details of the problem.

This information will help us understand how deep the problem is, and if it’s a system wide issue or a problem with specific accounts.

In the meantime, we ask that you all press onwards with your studies, and continue into the next lessons and phases in your learning journey. Once our grading system is working without issues, we will request that students submit any work they have completed in our system’s down-time, and we will work with haste to get your feedback to you immediately.

We are hoping to have the grading system running smoothly and without issue shortly. We will be working all weekend to address this issue. With your help and the information you provide, we are confident we will find a resolution to the issue quickly and efficiently.

Thank you all for your patience, and happy studies
