Is the membership fee a one time fee?
The membership is a monthly fee. You can cancel your membership at any time.
How do I renew my membership?
Your subscription will automatically renew the same time each month (give or take a few hours). You can always go to your My Account page to view the next date of your payment.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time by going to your My Account page. Under your subscriptions you can click on the “Cancel” button to cancel your membership.
I am having trouble viewing the videos. What do I do?
