The emphasis of this class will be gestural lay-ins of the head, as well as structure and tonal techniques for drawing the head. Students will work from photos in an effort to gather greater knowledge of the human head from various angels. Students will be drawing male and female heads. Great for students of all levels, a core drawing class.

• Conte 1710b or Wolf’s Carbon 6B charcoal pencil
• Smooth Newsprint
• Single Edge Razor Blade
• Sanding Pad
• Kneaded Eraser
