Watts on Bridgman is a 2-volume installment of books and videos by Jeff Watts. It is meant to help students learn from Bridgman’s Complete Guide to Drawing from Life by cleaning up the original Bridgman drawings, re-explaining concepts and providing clear demonstrations. The complete course spans 300 pages of instruction and 30 hours of video demonstrations.

The Course
Jeff explains the origins of Watts on Bridgman, and how to best use this course + book. He also provides some general tips on how to approach studying and what supplemental books you should include.
The Method
Watts on Bridgman uses a three step approach. This means throughout the book you’ll find ample re-works of Bridgman’s drawings, photos of a model in a similar position to Bridgman’s drawings, and Jeff’s Frazetta inspired drawings to take your design even further.
