Eric Gutierrez started studying with Watts Atelier in 2019 and became part of the grading team in 2025. Eric has a passion for figurative and portrait art and is inspired by painters such as John Singer Sargent, Ilya Repin, and Norman Rockwell. He is also inspired by and enjoys painting the indigenous people he encounters during his travels. He is currently training and furthering his own skills and knowledge in oil painting by studying with Watts, with his ultimate goal of becoming a fine art painter.
